Rules & Regulations
- Winner and guest must both be twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry into this contest.
- Must consent to future email marketing materials from Las Vegas Prize contributors. (Email will only be given to prize contributors and used to contact the winner.)
- Must provide current residential home address, phone number and email to enter.
- Must reside within Southern Saskatchewan, which area is defined at the sole discretion of the Regina Airport Authority. The area we consider for this contest as eligible is known as the airport’s catchment area and intended for residents who would drive to YQR as their primary airport based on their primary residential home’s location.
- Must purchase WestJet flights with both a departure and return to YQR. The winner agrees to provide proof of this to the Regina Airport Authority if requested to do so.
- No purchase or payment is necessary to enter this competition. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. We will NEVER ask for your credit card to enter or accept prize.
- We will only contact the winner on October 3rd from a legitimate YQR email address.
- Winner Selection and Notification. A winner will be selected on October 3rd, 2024, by the Administrator from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Administrator will contact winner by email. Administrator shall have no liability for any notification that is lost, intercepted, or not received for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, any potential winner does not respond with requested information and documentation within fourteen (14) days of the first notification attempt, or if prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, such potential winner will forfeit the prize and, at the Administrator’s discretion, an alternate potential winner may be selected. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if the potential winner has not complied with the Official Rules, or declines a prize for any reason, such potential winner will be disqualified and, at the Administrator’s discretion, an alternate potential winner may be selected. The Winner will be at the sole discretion of the Regina Airport Authority and the selection of such winner and provision of the prize may require additional forms of proof and/or identification being provided by the winner to the Regina Airport Authority.
- Winner must make advance reservations for hotel and attractions, subject to availability and black out dates.
- Hotel resort fees are responsibility of the prize winner, unless otherwise notes on the prize certificate.
- Prize and all components are redeemable for up to one year from the draw date.
- Prize contributors will provide prize certificate to the winners.
- Prizes and certificate are nontransferable
- Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to win a prize: (a) directors, employees, consultants or agents of the travel partner or the Regina Airport Authority (Administrator) and their respective affiliates, and each of their respective companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, (b) suppliers of goods or services in connection with the contest, including individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for the Competition; and (c) persons who (i) are in the immediate family of any person in any of the preceding categories (including mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, son, spouse, grandmother, grandfather, children or grandchildren), regardless of where they live, or (ii) reside in the same household, whether related or not, as any person in any of the preceding categories. All eligibility is subject to all national, provincial, municipal, territorial, federal, and local laws and regulations.
- Any attempted form of entry other than as described, is void. The Administrator will determine, in its sole discretion, what constitutes a valid entry, and reserves the right to reject any submissions that it deems, in its sole discretion, to violate any policies, standards, or practices.
- Agreement to Official Rules. Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to comply with the Official Rules and decisions, which are final in all respects.
- The Regina Airport Authority reserves the right to cancel or change any part of this promotion at any time, at its sole discretion.
