Current Opportunities
We are looking for up to two (2) Seasonal, Equipment Operators based on operational requirements. Below is a quick summary of the position:
Regina Airport Authority requires up to two (2) Seasonal, Equipment Operators based on operational requirements. Individuals are responsible for operating heavy and light duty equipment to ensure the Regina International Airport (YQR) is operating in a safe, secure, and efficient manner. The position is responsible for inspecting and maintaining all site-wide surfaces, while ensuring compliance with the Aerodromes Standards and Recommended Practices (TP 312) and performs general repairs and preventative maintenance work on equipment. The position is responsible to evaluate airside surfaces as per the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and conduct Aircraft Movement Surface Condition Reporting (AMSCR) including Canadian Runway Friction Index (CRFI) in accordance with the Global Reporting Format (GRF). The position is responsible for assisting in emergency situations to ensure YQR is always safe and secure.
